1) Deadlift:

  • 5 – 10 – 15 – 10 – 5

* Strive for each set to be unbroken and maximal effort.  Rest as needed between sets.

2) Skill – 10 minutes:

  • Muscle up progressions OR 3 sets not for time: Max reps unbroken ring muscle ups.
