  1. Complete for time:
  • 75 Power Snatches (75#/55#)

*Each time you rest the bar one the ground you must complete 5 pull-ups immediately after the completion of Randy. The Pull-ups must be completed before your time stops. Example: if you rest the bar one the ground 3 time you must complete 15 pull-ups right after completing the 75 snatches. You may rest the bar anywhere on your body but the ground.
