ACF WOD – 12.07.15 “Holiday Strength Gains”

1) EMOM 10 minutes:

  • 5 reps Deadlift
  • 3 reps Hang Power Cleans
  • 1 rep Split Jerk

* You pick the weight.  Entire barbell complex will be done every minute and it is meant to be unbroken, so the deadlifts are “clean grip.”  Go as heavy as you can while maintaining proper technique as well as touch and go reps!
