ACF WOD – 12.22.15 “5 rounds of Fit-mas!”

1) Complete 5 rounds each with a partner:

  • 8 reps Power Snatch (155#/105#)
  • 6 reps Alt. Overhead Lunges – 3 each leg (155#/105)
  • 4 reps Box Jumps (40″/30″)

* Rest while partner completes full round.

Shoot for 1:1 work/rest ratio.  Partner up with someone and PUSH each other!!

**ACF HOLIDAY WEEK SCHEDULE**

  • Christmas Eve: Thursday 12/24 – Normal AM classes, PM classes cancelled.
  • Christmas Day: Friday 12/25 – CLOSED, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
