1) E2MOM for 10 (5 sets climbing)

  • 2 Deadlifts + 2 Hang Power Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 2 Thrusters

* 1st set should be about 80% max effort, allowing room to ascend up in load each set after.

2) Complete 5 rounds for time:

  • 12 reps Wallballs (30#/20#)
  • 12 reps Burpees

* 10 minute time cap *
