  • 80 reps Box Jump-overs (24″/20″)
  • 60 reps Pistol Squats
  • 40 reps Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 reps Deadlift (345#/245#)

* 20 minute cap.  Partition reps however you choose.  One partner works at a time.
