ACF WOD – 02.03.16 “Strength & Condition”

1) EMOM 6 min:

  • ODD: 12-15 reps unbroken Toes to Bar
  • EVEN: 5 reps Deadlift (AHAP)

* 5 minute rest *

2) EMOM 6 min:

  • ODD: 10 reps Backsquat (185#/125#)
  • EVEN: 30 second Handstand Hold

* NOTES: For part 1 the Toes to Bar should be unbroken each round, for Rx.  The Deadlifts should be as heavy as possible for 5 touch and go, while maintaining form.  For part 2, the barbells are taken from the floor.
