  • Bar Muscle Ups (sub 1:1 C2B pull-ups and push-ups or dips)

* The Thrusters are meant to be heavier but choose a weight that you can get at least 5-7 unbroken.  For the bar muscle ups, the scale would be 15 chest 2 bar pull-ups and 15 push-ups or dips for the first round.
