ACF WOD – 02.17.16 “Woman Crush Wednesday”

1) Skill - Handstand walk/holds and L-sit: Spend 10 minutes working on kicking up to a handstand either against the wall, or a freestanding hold/walk.  Play with different variations of an L-sit hold 10-20 seconds. 2) AMRAP 9 min: 30 reps Double Unders 20 reps Sit-ups 10 reps Dumbbell Deadlifts (50#/35#)
