  1. 10-8-6-4-2 reps for weight of:
  • Front Squat

*rest 2 minutes between sets, Increase weight each set.

2. Complete 9-7-5 reps for time of:

  • Push jerk or Split Jerk (205#/135#)
  • Burpee Box Jump (24″/20″)

*Take weight from the ground
