Min 7 & 8: Rest
Mins 9 & 10: 400m Run + AMRAP Hand Stand Push Ups
Mins 11 & 12: Rest
Mins 13 & 14: 35/25 Calorie Row + AMRAP Power Cleans (135#/95#)
Min 15 & 16: Rest
Mins 17 & 18: 400m Run + AMRAP Hand Stand Push Ups
Min 19 & 20: Rest
Mins 21 & 22: 35/25 Calorie Row + AMRAP Power Clean (135#/95#)
