  • Strict Chin-ups

2. Work up to a 1 rep max:

  • Split Jerk

3. Complete for time:

  • 800m Overhead plate carry (45#/35#)

*No resting on your head or shoulders. Keep your arms locked out and keep going. No penalty for stopping or dropping, just complete as fast as possible.
