  1. Complete 10 rounds for time with a partner of:
  • 250m row

*rest while partner works, switch every 250m.

 

2) Complete 30 reps for time with a team of 2 or 3 people.

  • D-Ball Clean (150#/100#) +
  • Put D-Ball Over object +
  • Burpee climb over the object

*Switch off every rep with your partner or partners until each person completes 30 reps
