**Shout out to ALL of our strong ACF dad’s out there!  We hope you all enjoyed a nice Father’s Day with family.

1) Complete 5 sets for max reps:

  • 1.5 Bodyweight Deadlifts
  • Strict Ring Dips

* Shoot for a Deadlift weight to get at least 15 reps unbroken.  Once you break, immediately move to the dips and perform as many unbroken dips as possible.  Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
