1) E2MOM for 10 rounds:

  • 100m Sprint

* Walk back down the hill during your recovery

2) Complete 5 sets:

  • 6 unbroken Ring Muscle Ups

* Rest as little as possible between sets.  Sub with 8-10 C2B Pull-ups.
