1) Front Squat:

  • Build to a 2rm

2) Complete for time:

  • 30 reps Front Squat (225#/155#)

* 10 reps Toes to Bar every time you break.  Barbells taken from the ground for part 2.  Scale as needed to a weight to get at least 8-10 reps UB.
