ACF WOD: 11.3.16 “Bear Complex”

Complete 5 sets of:

  • 1 Power Clean
  • 1 Front Squat
  • 1 Push Press
  • 1 Back Squat
  • 1 Behind the neck Push Press

* You must complete 5 rounds unbroken before setting the bar down. Rest 5 minutes between sets. Increase weight each set. You may not squat clean the first rep however you may choose to thruster instead of push press.
