Join us this Saturday at ACF at 10:30 am! We will be teaming up with Clarkys body shop for a large team workout starting at ACF and ending at Clarkys. Bring your friends and family for the last workout of the year!

 

  1. Complete 10 rounds for time with a partner:
  • 200 m row
  • 10 Barbell roll outs

*Rest while partner works. Each person completes 10 rounds
