ACF WOD: 12.31.16 “Clarkys Body Shop”

Join us today at ACF at 10:30 am! We will be teaming up with Clarkys body shop for a large team workout starting at ACF and ending at Clarkys. Bring your friends and family for the last workout of the year!

In teams of 4 complete for time:

  • 4000 M row
  • 100 Clean and Jerks (185#/125#)
  • 200 Back Squats (185# /125#)
  • 300 Wall-balls (20#/14#)

*only one person working at a time:

 

As a team, Indian run your Med-ball to Clarkys

 

Then.. Complete for time with your team:

  • 300 Kettle Bell Swings (70#/53#)

*Only one person working at a time, Every minute your whole team must stop and complete 4 burpees. One person must be sitting in the squat while the kettle bell is moving.
