ACF WOD: 1.13.17 “Squat Program”

For the next 8 weeks we will be doing the 20 rep squat program. We will be doing the 20 rep workout once or twice a week and you are expected to add 5lb each time. Today we are going to test our 1rm back squat and in 8 weeks we will re test our 1rm. We be combining it with some strict upper body movements.

  1. 1 rep back squat
  2. 20 rep back squat

EMOM for 10 minutes

  • 3-5 strict pull-ups
