1)  Complete for time:

  • 800m Run
  • 21 reps Strict Press (115#/80#)
  • 800m Run
  • 18 reps Strict Press (115#/80#)
  • 800m Run
  • 15 reps Strict Press (115#/80#)

* This will work the same way as the Muscle Up Biathlon in the 2014 CrossFit Games.  If you fail a rep before the given round is over, there is a 200m penalty run that must be completed immediately, before finishing your round of presses.  DO NOT just go light to ensure you go unbroken!  Make this challenging…we are building strength here!  Barbells will be taken from the ground.  HAVE FUN, HIGH-FIVE SOME PEOPLE!!!!
