30 burpees 60 air squats 90 double unders 20 burpees 40 air squats 60 double unders 10 burpees 20 air squats 30 double unders Complete as much as possible in 4 minutes - rest 3 minutes Complete as much as possible in 8 minutes - Rest 3 minutes Complete entire round for time *Restart workout after each rest.
