Complete 5 rounds for time of: 10 Hammer Swings each arm (16#/10#) 7 Tire Flips - Jump through ---- 5 Minute Rest ------ Then immediately into: 4 Minutes of accumulated plank hold. *Each time you break you must complete a stop sign run.
