SKILL: Double Unders

Complete 10 – 20 – 30 – 40 – 50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10 Unbroken reps for time of:

  • Double Unders

*Complete 5 burpees after each unbroken set before moving to the next. 5 Burpee penalty if you trip or mess up, each set must be unbroken before moving on. Restart each set from the beginning if you mess up. 10 Minute time cap.

WOD: Complete 5 rounds for time of:

  • 500/400m Row
  • 5 Overhead Squats (205#/135#)
