  • Work up to a heavy 1 rep max

 

WOD: Complete 2 rounds for reps and time with a partner.

Partner 1: 800 m run

Partner 2: AMRAP while partner is running

  • 30 Wallball Sit-ups
  • 20 Deadlifts (205#/155#)
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
