ACF WOD: 5.9.17 “Flat Spint”

WOD: Team Sprint:

Complete an AMRAP of 15 minutes with a team of 3 people.

  • 10 Dumbbell clean and jerks (50#/35#)
  • 300m Sprint

*This workout will be preformed at the top of the road starting next to our mail boxes. At the start of the workout, one team member will quickly complete 10 dumbbell clean and jerks and sprint down to the 600m mark and back before tagging partner #2. The partner two will complete one full round before tagging partner #3 And so on. Rest while partner works.
