7 RFT each with partner:
partner 1:

  • 7ea hammer swings (14/10#)
  • 7 tire flips (any tire)

partner 2:

  • max sit ups with slam ball at chest or overhead

*rack up as many sit ups as possible while partner works, then switch. score is total situps as a team along with time*
