The path to PR’s (Personal Records) is through a strong core. Most of the movements we do in CrossFit and real life are core to extremity movements. Throwing a base ball or a punch, picking up your child or squatting down to a chair are all initiated from the core whether you think about it or not. Having a stronger core will make you a fitter person. Come on in for our FIRST day of classes and see what having a strong core is all about!  And AWESOME job to our bright and early morning members; you all did great!
