6 minute stations, 90 sec between: 

  • 40 Knees to Elbow/Battle Ropes 
  • 40/30cal Row/Burpees Over Rower 
  • 40 Ball Sit Ups/Ball Clean, Stationary Lunge and Slam 
  • Stop Sign Farmer Carry/Goblet Squat 
  • 600m Run/Sled Drag
